When it you think about the  Christmas movies, what movie comes to your mind first? For me it’s (Kevin) Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. The second movie that comes to my mind is Die Hard. And judging from the following Google Trend search results a lot of people seem to agree.

The number of people who watched Die Hard in December grows each year as well. So it seems like the cult following is growing. I mean it makes sense, it’s just an awesome Christmas movie. You get snow, bad guys and explosions and of course Bruce Willis.

According to Google a lot of people watch Die Hard in December
I don’t think there’s a single soul out here, that doesn’t know the movie. And the most famous scenes. But just in case. Here’s the famous scene, where the bad guy Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman), falls down from the infamous Nagatomi tower:

Another famous scene is where John McClane (Bruce Willis) has to crawl through a tiny ventilation chamber. Using a tiny lighter to see in the dark.

I hope I didn’t spoil the movie for the 0.1% of people who still haven’t watched it by the year 2020. If you haven’t seen it yet, make sure you do now! Talking about things you should have seen Game of Thrones is also one of them!

Even though it won’t be Christmas for almost a whole year we’ve got a few movie recommendations for you, if you want to stay a bit longer in this sweet Christmas mood:
